None. By writing the problem.
They dont care. Now i understand they have a verification proces. But asking me what are my first 2 purchase and exact dates. I can't know for sure since i play for long time.
And since i am logedout of my own playstore and can't access it. Problem is that even i cant provide that informations.
I can provide last few years proof of my purchase history. My name is on the card, my player name was my first 4 letters of my last name (probably changed by hacker, cuz i cant find IT on search)Ton of evidence that kabam simply ignore.

Preferred solution: I do t care about money i spent, i enjoed the challange. I spent year to get on level where i was. And i just want my account back so i can play. Cuz i have no plan to complete all i did to get to that level again. I spent a lot of money real money.

Negative credits
I have played this game for countless hours and sometimes I use my card and sometimes I use my mother's. She isn't the best with technology and I told her to cancel my upcoming subscriptions to epix, Paramount, Amazon, and one or two others that I cannot think of off the top of my head because my TV broke and I don't have use for them right now.
So I would be paying for nothing. She called her credit company and told them to cancel them and for some reason because they were associated with Google same as Google pay and how I pay with my cards that are under Google and her card. They canceled everything and I've been trying to tell them meaning kabam that it wasn't fraud and it was a misunderstanding and she called her credit company to tell them that the charges were legit and yet I cannot get this across to kabam and now I am negative 38,000 credits. What do I have to do to fix this?
It seems like there is no remedy and now I am locked out completely with my card and any card. I cannot buy units nothing and in the later stages of the game where I am you need units for revives and health potions!!
